Kevin T. Cleary

Graduated with a BS in Physical Education from Southern Connecticut State University. Coach opened "Horizon Fitness Center" a full service health club servicing both General Population and Athletes. While operating Horizon Fitness Center, he became an assistant wrestling Coach 6 years. He then appeared as a contestant on the television show "American Gladiators". Coach Cleary started a personal training company, One to One Fitness, inc.. Through his personal training company, Coach has been able to train multiple Professional, All-American, All New England and All State athletes. Coach Cleary served as a High school Strength Coach and was also a High School football coach for 6 years, the last three he served as a defensive coordinator.

Coach Cleary received the "President's award" for his work with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has presented on "Speed and Agility" as well as "hurdle and agility ladder training". He was an NBA, FIBA, CFL agent representing and training his clients. That experience has helped him to understand the in's and out's of college and professional sports and the training necessary to obtain peak performance.

He is currently certified as a CSCS*D ( Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach w/ Distinction), USA weightlifting club coach, Speed, Agility & Quickness coach, TRX group training and Kettlebell training. Coach trains clients in various facilities in Connecticut and in client's homes.

Athlete Factory has produced All Americans in Lacrosse, Football and Basketball, All New England wrestlers and numerous All State male/female athletes in multiple sports.
