Working with Coach Cleary and Athlete Factory has transformed my team and I completely. My junior year we were 3-7. at Joel Barlow. Coach Cleary was introduced to us following that season. His workouts immediately made an impact on a team that did not know a thing about success. This past season, we finished 9-4 as we reached the state championship game for the first time in school history. If not for Coach's programming, we would not have had the increase in team strength, explosiveness, and most importantly the bond we developed during those work out sessions and we probably would not have been able to make the historic run we made. Personally in my junior year, I was an average undersized linebacker who finished with 66 solo tackles 30 assisted, and 377 rushing yards. My senior year I had 130 solo tackles, 27 assisted, 922 rushing yards and 12 TDs. I was First Team All Conference and was the most highly voted linebacker. I was also awarded Class M All State and 3rd Team All New Haven Register All State Team. I believe that if not for Athlete Factory's methods, I would not have been able to take the necessary steps to become a successful athlete. I also plan to still train with Coach Cleary in preparation for my college career where I will play football at Gettysburg next fall.
Hey Coach Cleary,
I just wanted to let you know that I committed to Colgate University last weekend. They're giving me a full scholarship to play and they're in the Patriot league. Although it might not be at the highest level, I'm still happy with where I'm going. Thanks for all the help this past summer, you made me a lot better, it showed in the film. I made the All League Team and the All New England Prep-school League Team. Hopefully we will get a chance to work again this summer and keep improving.

We are currently working on presenting a baseball clinic sometime in May featuring Coach Bob Alejo. This will be at InSports in Trumbull. The topics will be off-season and in-season training and will have a Q&A session. Area Coaches and athletes are welcome to attend.
